Sacramento Drug Treatment Center Says to Beware of Manipulation


While they may look like the friend or family member we knew, the truth is that someone in the grip of an addiction is temporarily not that person. The disease takes over and they have very little control of their behavior. In particular, their need to feed their habit drives them to say and do things that are very cold, calculating, and selfish.
